All towels and bed linens, comforters are provided. We also provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of papertowels, 1 trash bag to get you started for your stay.
How do we access the property?
There is a key box on the property for your convenience. You will not need to meet with Brian or Sara for arrival and departure. We will provide you with the key box code 1-2 weeks prior to arrival.

Food Lion: 14811 Spotswood Trail Elkton VA 22827 (best for picking up last minute items)
Martins (Giant): 2035 East Market Street, Harrisonburg VA 22801 (nice produce and meat selection)
Costco Warehouse: 1830 Reservoir Street Harrisonburg VA 22801
What amenities are included? Do you have pool access?
We do provide owners pool access during the summer months (there is a nominal per person entrance fee). Contact us for location of the pool pass in our homes. All other resort amenities are available for our guests to use but at an additional cost.
Where are you located within the resort?
Both properties are located right in the heart of Massanutten resort. Very close proximity to golf, skiing, tubing, and waterpark. All amenities are less than 5 minutes by car.
Do you have a hot tub?
Yes! We have a 6 person hot tub at each property.
How many cars are able to park at the houses?
We limit the number of cars to five. All cars must be parked off the road. If your group has any more than five cars, we ask that you park in one of the public parking areas throughout the resort (free parking).
